I am a results-driven Lead Developer and Co–Project Architect with extensive experience delivering complex, scalable ServiceNow solutions across both the private and public sectors. I bring deep expertise across the full ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on HRSD and ITSM implementations within large, complex enterprise environments.

I am a certified ServiceNow Application Developer, System Administrator, and HR Implementation Specialist, and I lead technical teams through the design, development, and delivery of custom applications and platform solutions. I work effectively both independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams, supporting multiple ServiceNow instances and domains while leveraging Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies to ensure efficient, high-quality delivery from project initiation through completion.

I excel at translating business and technical requirements into prescriptive, scalable solution designs. My hands-on development experience includes Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, Workflows, and integrations, supported by a strong foundation in software development technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, and REST/SOAP APIs. I play a key role in technical solution architecture, platform administration, performance troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization, ensuring solutions align with ServiceNow best practices and long-term platform health.

My background includes enterprise architecture, system lifecycle management, data analysis, performance tuning, and experience with Azure cloud environments, enabling me to support large programs and guide architecture and design decisions at scale. I am known for a collaborative, consultative approach and for building strong relationships with executive stakeholders and business leaders by translating strategic objectives into measurable outcomes.
